These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and bpexch ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the bpexch website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all related features available at bpexch.im (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise using any part of the bpexch Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the bpexch Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. The bpexch Platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of bpexch is lawful in your jurisdiction. bpexch does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your province or area within Pakistan. bpexch operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. All users are required to complete identity verification before making a first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds.

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise directed by bpexch compliance procedures. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times are typically 1–2 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. bpexch reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or suspicious.
The bpexch Platform operates in PKR as the base currency. All account balances, bet amounts, and winnings are displayed and settled in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are made, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit, as determined by bpexch.
All bets and wagers placed on the bpexch Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product, which are published on the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or system failure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
bpexch's total aggregate liability to any User shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bpexch is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the bpexch Platform shall first be submitted to bpexch's internal dispute resolution process. Users must submit disputes in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bpexch will acknowledge disputes within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 28 days.
